SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

No matter where you live, Pet Palace Co. wants to provide you with the greatest delivery alternatives. We ship to hundreds of clients every day, all around the world, making sure that we always respond to you with the utmost promptness.

There are two components to the delivery schedule for orders.:

• Processing time: Verification of the order, tailoring, quality control, and packaging. Within 24 hours of placing an order, the manufacturer receives all orders for shipping. Orders are processed by the manufacturer and China Post, which takes an extra 2-4 days.
• Shipping time: This is the amount of time it takes for packages to travel from our warehouse to the desired location. Delivery to foreign countries typically takes 15 to 30 business days. US orders are delivered using the US Postal Service's e-packet service. Items typically reach at their destination between 7 and 14 days after processing and departing the warehouse, but it might occasionally take longer.

Please email us at help@petpalaceco.com to inquire about the status of your order if more than 45 days have elapsed and you have still not received it. If necessary, refunds will be handled by email.
